Used this to make a sensory bin for my daughter. The bins are good quality, easy to open and close. My 4 year old can open this by herself. She does need help to close it, but she is a little behind on fine motor skills.

I’m using these bins as sensory bins and to store toys and supplies. They are good quality and crystal clear so it’s very easy to see what is stored inside. I would only suggest not to store anything in them that can seep through cracks. The lid stays on when you latch the sides with the clips but will still lift in certain areas if you tug. If they were stored on their sides or upside down with something like sand or rice inside, it might seep through. No spills yet because I’ve been storing it right side up, but I’m thinking of storing the kinetic sand in something else just to be on the safe side. These are just some cautions and additional info, but these are still great bins and I would recommend them for storing all sorts of other items.

The containers themselves are very good quality but the dimensions are deceiving. Those are the outside dimensions, but the inside is MUCH smaller. The interior dimensions should be specified in the description. I searched and they are not 🙁

Crysal clear great for our kinetic sand. However, there is a groove around the edge, specifically by the handle on the base where kinetic sand gets stuck. I can see this becoming clogged and very frustrating with some other materials. I have to clear the gap nearly every playtime before putting the lid on. Plus side these bins are less flimsy and easier for my kids to carry than cheap Rubbermaid thin food storage bins we were using. Kept 1 set and send the others back. Will buy something different in the future with a different handle space.

Very sturdy, don’t fall out of place! Great size for school and art supplies. Not heavy at all. We love the snapping lids, easy to use (open close, stack and store), my children can use. We love the color, the clear allows us to see inside, but the turquoise is a nice touch! It’s very functional- we will be buying another set soon for other items!
